SnapShop AI is an AI-native local commerce platform that helps consumers identify real-world products from a photo and purchase them from nearby retailers for pickup or same-day delivery. The platform is built on Google Cloud infrastructure, including Cloud Run, Firebase, and Gemini on Vertex AI for multimodal product recognition, with payments processed through Stripe Connect and fulfillment coordinated via Uber Direct. SnapShop is currently in pilot stage, with a live consumer app, a merchant portal with POS integrations, and end-to-end checkout and delivery.
