Delete Your SnapShop Account

Effective: March 2, 2026

1. Overview

You can delete your SnapShop account at any time.

2. How to Delete

In the SnapShop app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, email support@snapshopapp.com from the email associated with your account with subject "Delete Account."

3. What Gets Deleted

We delete (or de-identify where feasible): account profile info; account access credentials (or disable access); saved preferences; user-submitted content stored in your account (such as stored images/queries), subject to retention limits below.

4. What We Retain and Why

We may retain limited information for completing/supporting transactions, refunds/disputes, accounting/tax/payment reconciliation, security/fraud/abuse detection, and legal compliance/enforcement. Retention is limited to what is necessary for these purposes.

5. How Long It Takes

We generally process account deletion requests within 30 days. Some information may persist temporarily in backups and will be removed on a rolling schedule.
