4. Our Response

We may remove/disable access and may notify the posting user.

5. Counter-Notification

Must include: signature; identification of removed material and prior location; good-faith belief statement under penalty of perjury; name/address/phone and consent to jurisdiction and service of process. We may restore material unless complainant files court action.

6. Repeat Infringers

We may terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

7. Reservation of Rights

We may remove content in our discretion and take appropriate action consistent with law.
